“Just bought my son the Insignia Flex 11 inch, Windows 10 Anyone else having problems with charging this tablet? I had him take it back to Best Buy and they replaced it but the second one is doing the same thing. The first time it drained completed and it took over 13 hours to recharge. That's when we took it back. Now this one was plugged in to charge and it's not charging. Does the light stay red until it's full charge? We've used different charging plugs and outlets, but the same thing. Is this normal?”

First of all the tablet recommends that you fully charge it before the first use. It comes with its own charger and I don't quite understand why you're having such problems with the battery. If you don't have a lot of wireless Bluetooth and other peripherals attached the battery should last between 7 to 10 hours. Refer to the owner's manual to charge the battery properly. I don't understand what you're talking about with a red light because neither the Chargers nor the device has this when it is charging. I hope this information is helpful.

Just make sure u use the correct cable and charger (which are both included in the box) and not just hooking it up to a computer USB. SOME USB cable tip that plugs into the tablet are not long enough so make sure u use the proper cable that came with the device.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no probs here with the one I purchased for my wife for Christmas 2015. Was almost fully charged out of the box. From there we just plug it in at night when we retire. If it's not charging up, keep taking it back until you get one that works! :)
