“We just received this as a gift for our young child. We are having a hard time finding a way to put blocks on the YouTube and Internet in general. Any recommendations for this or do we need to take it to the store to do it? Thanks”

You should be able to disable apps from the tablet as well as the internet access. You can also choose to limit internet access to specific devices through your internet provider which you can do yourself from a laptop or PC!
