Yes it will. They go together perfectly. The Otterbox Defender case for this (5th) gen iPad doesn’t come with a screen protector/encapsulating cover like the one for my old iPad Air 2 did, so you’ll definitely want this for some screen protection. I actually like it better this way though, makes it slightly less bulky and seems more streamlined.
