• Not unless your PS2 has HDMI output, which I don't think it does.

• Regrettably, no. This device provides for just the *opposite* functionality. You're needing to convert from RCA component input to HDMI output. This device goes the other direction; however, there are converters/upscalers that can do this. They're going to be harder to find, however....might Google some sources.
