Yes, you can only connect one HDMI device to each converter.

Please try again later.If you get an multi in single out auto switching hdmi switch cable, and a hdmi 1-2 splitter, you can put all your inputs into the auto switch and take the single hdmi out, put that into the hdmi 1-2 splitter and send one to the tv and one to the rca converter you can run everything thru the one audio... I had to do the same for an older bose home system too

If not you will have to use the same input and that means when you switch you will have to go to the back of the TV every time. Now if you go to eBay you can find a better one with multiple HDMI inputs and a better quality because I have the one you have and after a while it gets hot and will flicker your TV
