• I am using this device because my TV does not have an HDMI Input. I have this device connected from my Apple TV to the RCA Video/Audio Input on my TV. So this device should work for the Audio Connection to a sound bar, but I am making the assumption that the impedance (Sound Level is the same). You may need to play around with the volume to avoid saturation (Make sure Volume is low & then crank it up slowly till you hear sound.
