“I just purchased a Roku express and an Insignia HDMI to RCA converter as my older TV only has one HDMI input that is already being used. I cannot get it to work ! However, if I connect the Roku to the HDMI input all is fine. Solutions please. Thank you”

did you try changing input switch on the remote. input on the the remote needs to be set to hdmi or analog whichever input you want to use.. if you are using the hdmi for something and roku using insigna hdmi to rca converter to an analog input. the remote (tv) input must be set to analog. or you could just purchase an hdmi selector switch and forget about the converter (or take it back). i do not own a roku this is only a sugestion.
