I would not recommend them for exercise. They do not seat in the ear like a sport earbud and are more like an apple earbud.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say no. The shock & sweat from your body as you're running has a tendency to knock the headphones out of your ears. They are only secure if you're walking. The in-the ear buds with the round rubber fittings would be more secure for running.
