- Answer Does your Blu Ray player load other discs? Does this cleaner work on other players? Without more information it is impossible to determine if the disc is bad or the player.

- Answer This VD cleaner will only work on CD players where a tray comes out, you place the CD in the tray, the tray goes back in and plays the CD... Beyond that, you should consult with a Bose Wave Technician....

- Answer Yes there are many different languages, and why the manufacturer did it that way is beyond me. I just played it through till I could understand what was being said and followed the instructions...

- Answer I used the Insignia lens cleaner on my PS4 when it stopped loading some DVDs and taking too long to load some others. The PS4 wouldn't load any menu or play any tracks that may be on the cleaner but it still ended up cleaning the lens and my PS4. The PS4 worked perfectly after that.

- Answer Only designed for tray loaded CD/DVD so auto load Blu ray is not recommended for PS3.
