Depends on the inputs. Most PA systems have RCA inputs (the red and white plug pairs with ‘cuffs’ around them) XLR inputs (three pronged inputs usually used for microphones) or mono instrument inputs (the look like what’s shown here, but only have one black ring around them because they only have one channel) This is a stereo adapter, ive never heard of a PA system that had stereo 1/4” inputs. Only RCA. I can’t see your equipment but in most cases a 3.5” to RCA stereo is the cable you need.
