Depending on which service or app you’re working with some buttons may not work as expected. Example: Amazon prime video does not recognize play/pause button, instead use primary button located toward the top of the remote inside the left right up down circle. Most other services recognize the buttons as expected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This generally depends on the app. In most apps however, the play progress bar has to be displayed to get play, pause, rewind, fast forward, next chapter, previous chapter, or other buttons to work. To get the play progress bar to display press “down” on the dpad / wheel. There are four main directions on the wheel (up, down, left, right) and an “enter” button in the center. Because down can be ambiguous (I tried these instructions on Grandma who is 80 years old), you need to press down on the bottom nub of the wheel on the controller. Hope that helps.
