• NO. That is a DVI-I, you need DVI-D. MOSTLY is your source outputting 144Hz? if not it wont matter, or what are you trying to use it for? You want something like in the picture I'm putting up. DVI-I is more geared for VGA and HDMI at 60Hz, bc it can do sound. the picture one cannot.

• No, Mr/Mrs. eatmyass, this doesn't support 144hz. I'm not even sure what monitor would support 144hz input over DVI.
