No. There is a way to do it using third party software/and an adapter but I personally don’t know how well it works. No monetary gain or plug as I haven’t used it and probably won’t but look up astropad for this problem. Also note target display mode only works with other Mac’s and if they are both using that thunderbolt 2 design. Apple removed target display ages ago. Good luck!
