“Only display window shows. Mirroring option is selected, when I move the window off the screen to right is comes back in on the left. Sound works fine just can not get picture to work.”

• Not sure if it is an apple or Windows, but in Windows set up the monitor as extended monitor, click on Identify and make sure that the way the monitors lineup on the screen matches how you have it setup. If the other way around, simply take the icon of the extended monitor and drag it to the other side

• This is likely a configuration issue on your computer and not the adapter. I've used this adapter on an iMac for multiple displays as well as a Dell laptop for multiple displays without issues.

• Mirroring shows the same image on both displays, it sounds like you are wanting to use the extended desktop option.
