Check you monitor assignment and relationship in settings

Please try again later.Not sure if it is an apple or Windows, but in Windows set up the monitor as extended monitor, click on Identify and make sure that the way the monitors lineup on the screen matches how you have it setup. If the other way around, simply take the icon of the extended monitor and drag it to the other side

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is likely a configuration issue on your computer and not the adapter. I've used this adapter on an iMac for multiple displays as well as a Dell laptop for multiple displays without issues.
