Well, this is a DP->HDMI adapter. Be a bit hard to plug it into anything other than the PC/MAC or USB3,1/Thunderbolt/etc. docking station Mini-DP port. You'll be adapting this by way of a stock HDMI cable from this dongle to the TV in question.
