Can I use this through my iMac to XBOX360? Before I bought this product I watched YouTube video how people were able to use this to play XBO360 on a iMac. Today I just bought it and now people are saying its only for second monitors or something like that. If someone is reading this please tell me if I can use my iMac as a monitor for my XBOX360 or that its only for second monitors.

You cannot, this is only for outputting to screen or monitor. You need and input device similar to a capture device to use iMac as a recorder for your Xbox.

I don't believe this is what you're looking for. This connects to your mac video to display video on an external device. What you're looking for is the ability to pull video from a device into your iMac. The iMac would need a video in for this purpose.

Hi, this is a output port, only able to send video & audio signal but not desing to receive them. Better buy a portable 24" screen whit a case designed to carry both devices, for example GAEMS Vanguard Personal Gaming Environment.

You can only use this to play on a second monitor. iMac's are not set up to be used as external monitors.
