It's entirely up to the signal penetration in your area. Try looking at websites like www.tvfool.com or www.antennaweb.org to get an idea of what you may be able to get over the air. Both sites will compare your exact location with FCC transmitter database to give you a pretty good idea of what you can get and what kind of antenna you would need.
