You would have to buy a TV Tuner device (a small number of video cards have as much built in) to plug into a computer's USB (or PCI/PCIe) port, plug the antenna into it and then it could perform it's intended function. Very, very few computer monitors have ATSC (North American HD signal type) tuners built in.
