• No. It requires a TV Tuner in order to pass the TV signal to. You would have to buy a TV Tuner device (a small number of video cards have as much built in) to plug into a computer's USB (or PCI/PCIe) port, plug the antenna into it and then it could perform it's intended function. Very, very few computer monitors have ATSC (North American HD signal type) tuners built in.

• I'm sorry I missing answered your question I do not believe any antenna will work on a PC screen without some sort of converter to convert the signal and something compatible with your PC screen

• Yes there's no reason why it shouldn't it's your receiving the same signal that the set was designed to receive they should have no problems just read the directions and be careful where you place your antenna for the best reception
