• I just used the adaptor to connect a usb mouse to the broken phone. To transfer AirDroid app might be a better approach

• This will allow you to connect a type A USB cable or memory stick to your Samsung J7 and copy the files off onto the stick or to a connected PC. Then you can easily transfer the information to your new phone.
