Not meant as a cell phone signal booster. There are specific antennas for that application. They are also quite expensive.

Only if you have a phone with an antenna cable jack, haven't seen those phones for years, but they did make them, if so, yes, if you do not have a jack on your phone for an external antenna, then no.

Simply put, no. The only way I'm aware is with a cell phone signal booster specifically meant for that purpose. This antenna is a basic option meant to take advantage of the "free" tv signals transmitted over the airwaves.
