• YES. I use it to supplement sound from a small TV. Works well. I use a cord for the connection, but if your TV has Bluetooth, that will also work.

• Yes, if you have a smart tv with Bluetooth capablity. If your smart tv does not then you can get an adapter if your tv has usb port. Hope that helped.

• if you hook your tv into the headphone jack somehow, or blutooth then yes it will work.
