A:AnswerDunno, Check the manufacturer's site I use mine with the line out (hard to find nowadays!) running into a ROLLS PLAYMATE mixer and practice BASS lines from CD's. Hope this helps!!
A:AnswerMine did the same thing. I dropped it twice about 6 months apart and it eventually did the same thing. Mine was within warranty and I told the guy what happened and he warranted no questions. Not sure you're is within warranty. I couldn't figure out a fix. Hope this helps. Sorry I can't give a better answer.
