• No, portable CD players do not have built-in speakers. However, you can always buy a speaker or pair of speakers and plug it/them into the headphone jack, just make sure whatever you by has the standard (or smaller) jack, which I believe is 3.5mm.

• No there is not speaker included. You do get a set of head phones.
