• Yes by attaching it to an FM Transmtter. (plugging it into the earphone jack) Dynex makes one. I have a DX-MP3FM. I use it with many of my players.

• if i'm understanding the question correctly, you want to play a CD on the player but amplify the sound through your car radio speakers. you would need to wire the CD player to your speakers.
