Just unboxed the unit and let it sit for an hour and took the tape off. Filled the water up to the line and started it up but after about 5mins, I get alternating ADD WATER and ICE FULL red lights going back and forth. Am I missing something? null

This sounds like a malfunction. May want to take it back for a replacement. My “Ice Full” only comes on once the basket is full. And the “Add Water” once it’s completely empty (and you can hear it trying to suck up water). Good luck!

Did you try unplugging it and plugging it back in? Also, did you set the size of cubes you want?
