“We just bought this ice maker, we set it up per the instructions and it will not get cold enough to freeze the water. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is something we are missing before we pack it up and return it.”

• Return it… I currently own 2 (one new and one 2 years old) and have had no issues with either. Both have been in continual use.
