Did you turn it on? Simply plugging it in does nothing. You have to fill it with water, select the size and turn it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got mine the other day, set it up today. It’s been running an hour and now has about 25 cubes in it. It did not take 7 minutes as everyone else says it does. Perhaps the 80 degree weather here slows that down some. I hope it’s just the first run jitters and will improve. I put a towel over the top because it said the bright light could cause it problems. When I did that the ice came a little faster.
