“I just bought this case...I really Love it.... but 1 Huge problem when it's on the phone I can't make calls. I can receive them but can't make them every time I try says call failed. Take off case phone works fine. Any ideas ??”

We haven't had this issue. It seems odd if you can't make calls. Are you able to take pictures while case is on?

I don't know what to tell you. That is really weird. I've used it for many months now and never gave me a problem. If it works without it is obvious that its the cover.. maybe its not for the phone model.

I have no problem at all. My phone is an XR and the case is made for an XR.
