• I would see if you could look in the battery bay of your controller, the battery bays in Xbox branded controllers have a little notch in between the + and - connections. There is a little nub on this battery that slides into that notch. As there is on most battery packs.

• Probably not. The top and bottom of the batteries are molded to fit the controller battery slot

• If it is a generic Xbox one controller and charges the battery pack in the charger then it should work. You should be able to call/visit geek squad at Best Buy and they can verify it for you.
