“We use a RokuTV and when the headphones are plugged in, works fine. When we want to use the tv’s speakers when dock is still plugged in, we have no sound. We do not want to always unplug and plug back in. Please help.”

• Plug headphones to optical of TV, and go to settings on roku tv

• Try to go to the Roku TV Audio Settings and select TV Speakers. Or try to use a splitter to hook up headphones and a soundbar.
