“When I try to charge my insignia bluetooth headphones no light indicator comes on. I like the one I have the new models are so cheaply made. They don’t want to retract and cord is very thin. Not worth buying”

Hi Shelly, Dock charging LED: The headphones are turned off and not on the dock, or the dock is not connected to power, Make sure that the batteries have been charged.
