“I have an LG soundbar that is connected with an optical cable to an LG smart tv. Even after connecting the 3.5mm adapter cable to the soundbar, no sound is coming from the headphones. Everything is charged and paired correctly. What’s wrong here?”

I don’t have the LG sound bar but I think the two connections are both for input to the sound bar so you can connect with either optical or mini rca so if one or the other is not present on your tv output. If you are going thru a sound system then it’s a whole different setup.
