I have NS-HAWHP2 headphones. They are about 4 1/2 years old. Now I get no sound (or sometimes sound for about 20 seconds) in the right ear. The left ear works fine. Is there a possible solution or do I need new headphones? null

1. Charge.
2. Make sure two devices are compatible with each other.
3. Check if the headset is clean.
4. Check the audio format.
5. Reset.
6. Check the connection audio jack balance.

I can’t answer this question.  
I’ve lost most of the hearing in my right ear.
