“What causes a chattering noise to come out of these headphones when connected? There is no audio sound from the tv shows,verbal or music. I have set the tv for the optical audio option. Please advise me as to my best course of action. Thank You.”

• Change the TVs Audio Output to PCM format.

• If you set the TV for the optical audio option, you need "Digital OPTICAL Cable (not included) and in the Docking Station (front view) light has to be at the bottom: OPTICAL source indicator
