Are you sure they fully charged? you might have to jiggle them when they are on the charger check your manual for which lights should be on... if still don't work, just take them back to Best Buy, they are excellent with returns and/or exchanges. I have these same headphones and find them better than the sony ones I originally bought and had to return. Good Luck... when you get these to work you will love them!
