A:AnswerHi Shelly,
Dock charging LED: The headphones are turned off and not on the dock, or the dock is not connected to power, Make sure that the batteries have been charged. Try power cycling the docking station by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Try another power outlet.

A:AnswerHello there,
The answer is an absolutely yes. If your TV has built-in Bluetooth capability, connecting wireless headphones is a matter of on-screen configuration. But if it doesn't have Bluetooth, you are still able to use wireless headphones with the TV, using the help of third-party devices such as Bluetooth audio transmitter.

A:AnswerI just followed the supplied directions. I'm using a Rocketfish Digital Optical Audio Cable. I don't have a soundbar currently, but if I get one, I'll get a Digital Optical Audio Splitter so both can be hooked up. Hope this helps
A:AnswerThey work perfectly. I use them at night to not disturb anyone else in the house. Mine were open box though so not sure if they come with the wires, mine did not. But, I suggest buying a good optical cable as the ones that come with things are not usually top quality. Keep the dock away from your router and modem as it can interfere with the headphones.
A:AnswerPress the round blue lighted circle button and it will change the source. The upper white light indicates your signal is coming through the 1/8”headphone jack…the lower white light indicates your signal is coming through the optical cable.
