• No. You need minimum a 100 watt charger to get thr 30 watt turbo.

• Yes, but cannot with supplied 65W power adapter, if you have an additional adapter which can output over 80W with USB-C, it will work

• Apparently no (is a bug of armory creat) , but in theory yes, I think that you need more of 65 W
