QuestionIs this case in one, or two parts?In other words, is there a front part that is put on separately from the back part, so that the protection extends around to the front? If not, in what way does it protect the front of the phone if dropped?

- Answer This case consists of one a one-piece silicon case. The case extends slightly around the front providing a bumper to the front of the phone. There is nothing that covers or protects the screen with this case.

Questionwill this case fit a phone with a larger battery, and deeper rear cover?

- Answer No, most likely not. It's a preformed case to exactly the thickness of the stock phone, and it curves inward slightly around the front of the phone in order to snap to the phone. A thicker device wouldn't allow that edge to snap onto the phone.
