“Hello! Would I be able to hook these speakers up to a 24" Proscan Tv, with a DVD combo. purchased 1 /2018. The sound on the Dvds are almost a whisper. If not these speakers, is there any other enhancement I could use?”

These speakers are definitely able to hear.that's what I liked about them they are or can be as loud as you want them. They plugh right in.
