If your player has a standard 3.5mm audio/headphone jack port, they should work.

Unfortunately, they do not have a direct 3.5mm input for a mini-DVD player. However, you can still connect them to your mini-DVD player using an appropriate adapter or by routing the audio through another device (such as a computer or TV) that has a 3.5mm output. Keep in mind that the Insignia™ - Speakers are primarily intended for computer use, so their sound profile may not be optimized for home theater applications.
