• If your C-Pap has a three-prong (grounded) plug (highly likely) you will NOT be able to use this adapter. This adapter is not for use with three-prong grounded US plugs. You will need to find an adapter that will fit a grounded plug or (more likely, as the C-Pap probably is NOT dual voltage, you will need a voltage converter).

• Don't see why not. It's compact and has various plugs which you push out to fit into the outlet, then you plug your machine into the correct outlet on the adaptor. Have a great trip!
