Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We used an Insignia multi-country adapter without a problem for computers and iPhones. Note that adapters don't convert the voltage but only adapt your plug to fit into the country's plug. Your device must be rated for the higher voltage in Italy. Most computer/phone charges are but confirm. You can't generally use this to power things like hair dryers unless the expressly state they can accept 220volts.
