“Will this work with a Samsung 55 070 series OLED 4k UHD Smart TV without interfering with any of the ports on TV back. Does it swivel side to side without moving the base. What is the highest setting from base to bottom of this model TV. Thank you”

Yes it swivels, the base is stationary. I needed a hacksaw to make all my ports available. Not sure if there is a way to check? I understand the TV manufactures have put the bolt patterns on the same place on the TV. You may be able template it out and see? I have a 65” LG on it. Even after modification its very secure and stable. It comes a big variety of bolts and adapters to get it to secure to your TV.
