I have found that all insignia brand cables are slightly stiffer then OEM cables. Therefore, it may not be as convenient to wind the cord up for traveling.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably. It works for my Dell XPS 15" 9550 4k laptop (needs 90-120 Watts, I forget exactly). I get a warning when I start up the machine that it is not getting enough wattage. However, it charges even while I am using the machine--very slowly if I am doing graphics work, but it doesn't lose charge. Surfing the web or doing office work, it charges normally.
