The HP ENVY 7m CORE i7 laptop has three AC adapters listed: 65W, 90W and 120W. The INSIGNA 90W AC Adapter will work if your laptop was supplied with the 65W or 90W AC adapters. If your laptop came with the 120W AC Adapter it should work but you might not be able to pull maximum power off of all the USB ports.

There were others to choose from so I am sure that there is an Insignia Laptop Charger that will work for you if this one does not. I brought my laptop with me. There are six different tips in the package.
