• I doubt it as it will not turn off my Kindle. Took a little time to learn to turn it off manually but it is do-able.

• I doubt it. It does not turn off my iPad which I turn off manually. I needed this for the extra protection it provides as I have several large cats who like to walk on it!

• No. It has straps to keep in place, but serves no other function than protection. A carrying case with no handle. Looks nice. Tote it like a book.

• Most likely it will not, unless the tab turns off the screen when the camera is covered.
