A Surface 3 will fit in this sleeve.

The inside measurements of this case are: 73/4 inches wide and 10 3/4 inches long.This case fits my Amazon Fire HD10 that is 10 1/4 inches long. This case holds a variety of Tablets. I strongly suggest that you measure your tablets width and length.
