Yes, it does. That was one of the reasons I liked it. My cameras take 2 different cards and my phone a 3rd card. I'm very happy with the purchase.

It should let you attach a microUsSB card to it, and pull files off, and vice versa. But you cannot plug it straight into the phone, at least not fresh from the box. It has a Standard USB connector, not a micro. You could try a standard USB to microUSB cable, though.
