Questionwhy does the insignia NS- DCR30S2K only show the option to down load the pictures, nothing else, would like the view before saving?????

- Answer It functions the same as a USB drive and you can work with pictures in the same way - upload, download, view, edit from the device with the correct software. It is simply an adapter that allows you to access a memory card the same as you might another storage device. Simple to use, not problems with it so far.

QuestionInsignia model # ns-dcr30d3k, Item2 under "To access a memory card using Windows" states Click "start" and then click "My Computer/Computer". I'm running MS Window 10 and there is no "My Computer/Computer" item to click on. What does this mean?

- Answer I don't have any UHS-II cards to test, but it works fine with UHS-I and meets or exceeds SanDisk's posted specs.

- Answer The reader will not show up as a device. Once you insert a card, the computer will recognize it.
