• Should work if your systems can recognize USB devices. Your SD card is merely a storage medium and this USB stick is just a method to provide you access to that storage if your system doesn't have a SD card reader. If the SD card is the formatted with a compatible file system it should work just fine.

• Most any Linux distro will work with this out of the box. Raspberry Pi will if you have usb drivers.
